Who we are
Exodus Labs ("we") runs exodus-labs.com and its workshops. Questions about your information go to Support@Exodus-Labs.com.
What we collect and why
Waitlist. When you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the time you signed up, so we can email you about workshop dates. The form also asks for your role and county. We don't store those today, and we'll update this notice before we do.
Spam protection. When you submit the waitlist form, we store a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, never the address itself, to limit repeated attempts. Each time the form is used, we delete records older than 24 hours.
Email you send us. If you email us, for example about a team pilot or a talk, we keep the conversation so we can reply and follow up.
Booking and payment. Booking isn't open yet. Before it opens, we'll update this notice to describe what we collect when you book and pay.
At a workshop. You get a workshop account and a personal model key. We keep the chats, notebooks and files you create in our hosted environment. What you type into AI tools goes through our gateway to OpenRouter, and from there to the provider that runs the model you use. With your agreement under our workshop terms, we may use photos and quotes from the day. If your employer applies for a training grant, we keep the attendance records the grant requires.
Email from us
We email the waitlist only about Exodus Labs workshops and dates. To stop, reply to any email or write to Support@Exodus-Labs.com, and we'll remove you.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist emails: until you ask us to remove you, or we stop running workshops.
- Hashed IP records: deleted once they're more than 24 hours old, the next time the form is used.
- Workshop data: your model key stops working at the end of the workshop day. We delete your workshop account, chats, notebooks and files 30 days after the workshop.
- Email conversations: as long as we need them to follow up with you.
Your choices
Email Support@Exodus-Labs.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of photos and quotes. We'll reply within 30 days.
Children
Our workshops and this website are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and never from children under 13. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this notice
We'll update this notice before we change what we collect: for example, when booking opens, when the waitlist starts saving role and county, or if we add analytics. The version and date at the top of this page show the latest change.
