WORKSHOP #1 · FOUNDING COHORT

Build an AI agent that knows your work.

A hands-on Saturday morning for engineers, developers, analysts and scientists who know AI matters but haven't had the time to get functional with it. You leave with a working agent built on a knowledge base and memory for your role and industry.

You know AI matters. You haven't had the time to get good at it.

Real work is messy.

Tutorials use toy examples. Your work has legacy systems, odd data and rules about what can leave the building.

It moves faster than your calendar.

Every week there's a new tool. Nobody has given you a protected day to catch up.

You can't tell if the answer is right.

Getting output is easy. Knowing when to trust it is the hard part.

By 1:00 you'll have a working agent.

It answers questions from a knowledge base for your field, remembers what matters across a session, and comes with a test that shows whether its answers hold up. Everyone solves the same problem shape. Your version is tuned to your role and industry.

The shape of the day

  1. 01

    See how context changes answers.

In a shared chat workspace, ask the same question with and without retrieval, with a knowledge graph, and with poisoned data mixed in. Watch what changes.

  2. 02

    Build your agent.

Ground it in a knowledge base and memory for your work, using your own coding agent or ours.

  3. 03

    Look under the hood.

Open the notebooks to measure, tune and inspect how your agent decides, then make it better.

  4. 04

    Take it home.

Export your notebooks, session memory and everything you built.

Not a demo. A morning of building.

Four hours, hands on.

Structured from first question to working agent. You build; you don't just watch.

Nothing to install.

Everything runs on the workshop's own hosted environment and network. Bring a browser.

Your own model key, with a cap.

Every attendee gets a personal key with a spending limit. Use it in the chat workspace, the notebooks or your own coding agent.

Vendor-neutral.

Open-source tools and many models behind one gateway. No platform sales pitch.

Who it's for

For you if

  • You're an engineer, developer, analyst or scientist.
  • You're comfortable reading a script or writing a query.
  • You've tried AI tools but aren't building with them yet.

Not for you if

  • You already build and ship agents. You'll be bored.
  • You don't work with code or data. Join the waitlist; other sessions are coming.
